central heat; good neighbors; relatively clean
Cons:
water pressure; cut corners with renovations in some parts of the apartment, thin walls

Pros:
This building is rent-controlled. There is laundry in the building. And it close to so many things!
Cons:
The stairs are a little wobbly. Windows are not sealed properly which makes the cold draft come in.

The apartments are nice for the area. Back rooms have view of Manhattan.
