Overpriced Noisy Hovel
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to R train - so close you'll hear it every time it goes by
Cons:
EXTREMELY LOUD - possibly the loudest block in the area and the shoddy windows do nothing to filter out the sound. Early morning truck deliveries next door at the stone warehouse will wake you up at 6 am without a doubt.
LEAKS - ceiling leaks from rain even after extensive repair.
SMALL KITCHEN - only about 2 sq feet of usable counter space and minimal/ inconvenient storage
UNEVEN FLOORS - none of your furniture will stand up straight or flush with the wall
BATHROOM- does not provide any storage whatsoever - bring your own!
Advice to owner:
Do not rip off your tenants by price gauging them during a pandemic, because you couldn't afford to pay the mortgage.... Get a real job. Lay off the steroids, you incompetent juice head.
