Fine but Annoying

Pros:
Great location on a quiet side street relatively close to the subway and right down the street from Luigi’s.
Cons:
Landlords are fine enough but slightly irresponsible. My keys didn’t work when I showed up on moving day but they sent someone to meet me within the hour. Came in to check out the hot water heater and left the heat set to 85 degrees while my roommate and I were away for 5 days (my poor cat was luckily fine) but repaid us for the extra heating costs.
Advice to owner:
Hire more staff so that you can provide more quality care please.

Pros:
Responsive super, regularly cleaned common areas, no issues with package theft or safety
Cons:
Weird practices when it comes to fees and application process, old/outdated appliances
