Nice building in a quiet neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is really quiet and calm at night; hardly ever had any noise issues. The management company is also quite attentive and responsive to issues.
Cons:
The front of the building, in between garbage and recycling days can be downright filthy.

Only as good as the neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
The heating/cooling system is nice.
Cons:
Management does not respond at all. It’s like there is no management.
Advice to owner:
The owner needs to find a new building manager. Steve at Manor Management does not communicate at all.
