Not that great, less than helpful super and pest issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Never had issues with lack of heat or hot water. The walls are thick so you can’t hear neighbors too much. No safety issues or package theft while I’ve been here
Cons:
Issues with mice, bugs, etc. pest control does not come monthly even when you ask management for it. Even if you tip the super well at holidays, he still takes weeks to respond to small requests sometimes. Snow doesn’t get shoveled for days, etc. They will try to raise your rent 20% at renewal despite not having met your expectations all year. YOU WILL HAVE TO SUE THEM TO EVER SEE A CENT OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a slumlord who lies in order to keep tenants security deposits. Many past tenants have taken you and slope management to court for this!
