New clean building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord and maintenance workers are very responsive to all concerns. Have had no issues thus far. Very clean building (professionally cleaned twice per week)
Cons:
Only issue that come up was the in building washer and dryer was out of service for three months, but landlord was responsive and attempted to get it fixed as soon as possible
