Wonderful landlords!
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived at 716 5th Avenue for almost ten years. It is owned by a kind and lovely family that truly cares about their tenants.
Cons:
It was challenging living above a bar - the noise levels could get out of control at times. It may be different now that the pandemic has changed people's habits.
Advice to owner:
Keep being awesome!
