Good but an ant problem
Former Tenant
Pros:
The area is nice, laundry across the street, and everyone that lives in the building is respectful.
Cons:
There is an ant problem that might manifest when you live here.
Advice to owner:
Solve the ants.

It'll do
Former Tenant
Pros:
Peaceable neighborhood and short safe walk to subway. Reasonably quiet building yet not uptight if you do want to actually have a group of people over. Small building--4 floors, 8 units--so is not a big deal that it's a walkup. Depending on what floor, can catch a glimpse of some lower Manhattan skyline out the street-facing window.
Cons:
Repairs and maintenance is addressed if tenants raise the issue but will likely be done with the cheapest solution possible, often inadequate. Floors a bit slanted. Have to be proactive to catch the attention of the supposedly monthly pest control service.
