Worst Building I ever Lived In
Former Tenant
Pros:
Large apartment for the price
Cons:
The heat and hot water went out frequently during a very cold winter. The apartment was renovated, but not done to a high quality. For example, there was mold in our bathroom ceiling, so our super went to replace the sheetrock. He cut into the ceiling, and was instantly covered in sewage. Apparently the ubend in the toilet above us had a leak and was not replaced - instead they placed a plastic bag over the pipe and called it a day.
Advice to owner:
Don't take shortcuts in repairs and renovations

Could be even better place with improvements
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are generally nice
Great location with access to Sunset park, Greenwood Cemetery, lots of good food
Access to express train at 36th or local train at 30th
Cons:
Super and management are slow to respond to requests. It feels like you have to ask them multiple times before even getting a response.
Could hear my downstairs neighbors jumping and running back and forth, which is annoying after many hours.
Dealt with everything in this apartment from bed bugs (which they addressed quickly) to mice (which aren't dead even after multiple visits from the pest technician) to really bad water pressure. While the apartment is a good layout and in a nice area, all these issues made it feel like I was paying too much for these problems.
Advice to owner:
Make sure you are responsive to tenants when they're bringing up issues that affect their quality of life. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of listing contact information such as supers' phone numbers and emails.
