Not my best experience. 2019-2020
Former Tenant
Pros:
My particular unit was newly renovated, appliances were above standard (fridge, stove, microwave). Quiet neighborhood Easy to find parking Close to industry city shops The super is friendly, helpful and always there for you.
Cons:
Roaches in my first floor unit. Really annoying. Thin walls. I could hear the people talking in the unit next to me and below me. Heat doesn't turn on until like 40F. Neighbors in the next building are loud, will blast music on weekends past midnight. Check payment only, no cash apps or wires accepted.
Advice to owner:
Other forms of rent payment would be helpful.
