Hi rent, low maintenance

Pros:
What I like about this house is that it actually has a very good front door with the gate which makes you feel very secure when you enter your home since we have some undesirable people in the neighborhood lately
Cons:
Things I don’t like about this building is that you had to pay your own heat and hot water also the building it’s self is infested with mice
Advice to owner:
There should be a person responsible for cleaning the front of the building since there’s always garbage on the sidewalk and the restaurant in the property it’s not keeping up with their responsibility to clean the front on the sidewalk on daily basis
