An unlucky, former tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of windows in unit... but not worth it.
Cons:
Worst place I have ever lived. Lived next to a hoarder with roach infested walls that spread into mine. Paper-thin walls and loud neighbors. Disgusting hallways and unsafe windows. Roaches and mice on every floor! Poorly constructed and cheap interior. Leaky ceilings and falling plaster. Maintenance making lewd comments and super was practically useless. Also, the water turned brown and would shut off more times than I'd like to admit.
Advice to owner:
Just get a new job.

Horrible place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked absolutely nothing.
Cons:
We had bed bugs in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic and they were awful. They changed to lock to get into our building without even telling us. We were locked out of our apartment for an hour in the freezing cold until a neighbor heard us and let us in the building. Super is basically never there and never helps us. The management company is also terrible and doesn’t help anyone. So glad to leave that place!!!!

the absolute worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice view of greenwood cemetery
Cons:
the management, the bugs, the communication, the heat, the water (which they turn off without reason and without telling you, even telling you to use vacant apartments instead of turning it back on), the neighbors loudly beating children and having to talk to CPS constantly but nothing gets done, everything in the apartment falls apart, the door doesn’t work, the bathroom door doesn’t lock, the plumbing sucks, overall the worst
Advice to owner:
find a different career probably
