Loved living in this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building was clean. The owner of the building was the nicest man. He cared about his tenants and their safety and well being. Repairs were met with quick responses. Always heat and hot water. He was always understanding and never complained about anything.. the nicest person and the super was also kind.
Cons:
Pest control was somewhat of a problem sometimes.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing a great job.. your very much appreciated!!
