Wish Someone Warned Me Before Moving In…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location of Building: Close to transportation, stores, park, etc.
Cons:
Unfortunately no one advised me that this entire building is infested with bed bugs. Years of reoccurring incidents with bed bugs & constantly getting bit & to find out I am allergic to the bites, my child being bit. Garbage storage inside of the building hallway. Rarely ever hot water! Sadly no other tenants spoke up about having the bed bug infestations but have admitted all have the same issue. Some have no other option and have to deal with these inhabitable living conditions.
Advice to owner:
Please do not bring another tenant in without proper notice of the issues here.
