Unlivable Noise and Terrible Landlord

Pros:
The apartment is a nice size.
Cons:
Everything else, we had to break our lease 2 months into the lease

Fix the noise issue

Great apartment terrible noise

Landlord is very easy to deal with, responsive, apartment was cheap backyard is great.
Cons:
The bar downstairs is louder than anything you have experienced. If you are in the smaller room or living room, the bass from the bar downstairs will shake the room from 11 pm to 4:30 am. You will not be able to sleep without earplugs. I am a very heavy sleeper, grew up in nyc and some nights were still too loud. The owner of the bar is nice, but won’t do anything to make the noise better. The room facing the highway is not too bad with noise but you get truck passing vibrations.

Nice building but noise pollution is a problem

Pros:
The building is very clean and quiet. and the units themselves are decent.
Cons:
Noise is a bit of an issue. There’s a highway and a busy bar directly outside the building, but if you can ignore that it’s a perfectly decent building.

Good Building but horrible location

Pros:
Apartments were cute and spacious, well maintained.
Cons:
Next door to a bar that is open until 4am thst constantly violates noise ordinance. Impossible to sleep. Landlord knew about issues but didn’t disclose
