Nice new building with responsive building manager
Former Tenant
Pros:
Roof terrace is big and very well furnished. Building manager is very nice and responsive. Building is very new (opened end of 2019) and proper materials were used in the units.
Cons:
Smell of weed from the neighbors coming through the venting channels.
