Good location, building could be cleaner
Former Tenant
Pros:
- great food around - laundry next door - large apartment with 2 bathrooms - close to Sunset Park and Greenwood Cemetery - in between Little Mexico and Brooklyn Chinatown
Cons:
- sometimes scary at night for single woman - uphill walk from train station to home - dirty building - could hear rats in my ceiling/lots of roach problems
