CatFish Apartment Stay Away

Pros:
The Units were recently renovated
Cons:
Garbage Management, Rats outside, Neighbors with cats, and smells, the front door doesn't always lock. Avoid going out at Night.
Advice to owner:
Pest Control and better tenant management
