The landlord is horrible

Pros:
Hall ways are clean
Cons:
The landlord is a nasty women who all she cares about is money and not about her tenants she is very rude and disrespectful do not recommend living here the neighborhoods in this building are very loud.
Advice to owner:
Try to be a better landlord because no one is going to want to live here and if she doesn’t want to deal with people then dont rent apartments!
