Electric Bill Makes This Place UNLIVABLE
Former Tenant
Pros:
* Clean
* Responsive Management
* Nice Appliances
* Nice Bathroom
* High Ceilings
* Rooftop/Gym Access
Cons:
YOUR APARTMENT'S ELECTRIC BILL WILL COST MORE THAN A HOUSE'S ELECTRIC BILL.

I genuinely wish I hadn't moved here. The units in this building contain 2/3+ "Distinctions PTAC" heating and AC units. These units are wildly expensive in terms of electricity usage. Three of these units running at 1/3 capacity consume far more kWh/month than the typical US household. Our 2b 1b apartment doubled the electricity usage of a HOME.

Expect your electricity bill to be $400-$700 through the cold months.
Advice to owner:
Pay for the heating/cooling or find another heating solution. It is far too epxensive.
