Good Super but it is still an old building with pest issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is very responsive and seems to care about the tenants. The garbage and recycling area is maintained well and kept tidy.
Cons:
Waterbugs are a big issue here, despite how many times the exterminator comes to spray the apartments and building, they keep re-appearing. Unfortunately, because the building is so old, the problem is deeper than a superficial fix.
Advice to owner:
You might want to have the entire building evaluated for bug infestation.
