Decent for temporary apartment

Pros:
Our rent here was super cheap with everything included. Water pressure was great and the heat was super warm. It was a decent apartment but more cons than pros.
Cons:
Firstly, garbage. The landlord’s trash bins are solely for them apparently as we couldn’t use it at all. We’d have to keep garbage in our kitchen until it was garbage day which would stink up the place sometimes. Secondly, sound. At whatever area of the apartment you are in, there will be always be sound. The backyard area, the neighbors will BLAST MUSIC TILL THE MORNING. Additionally, there will be a dog there that constantly barks at nothing, waking you up at the early morning. The other bedroom faces the streets with pound honking and dogs barking as well. Thirdly, the roommate there isn’t the cleanest. She will leave plates for days and the carpet/bathroom is also super dirty. Finally, there is no pest control! We have had so many mice on the second floor from the downstairs apartment where the landlord is. It’s so disgusting and nothing was done TILL we actually rose the issue to the landlord. Definitely don’t recommend living here unless only temporary such as a few months.
Advice to owner:
Please check up on pest control and allow renters to use your garbage.
