Good with the bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
This was my childhood home and I’ve had many problems with the building in the past. Currently the stairs are being cleaned (though not as thoroughly as I would like) and the garbage is being taking out accordingly. The location of this building is what makes it a gem so if you’re willing to sacrifice, you’ll be pretty central.
Cons:
There’s a lot of noise especially on weekends from the barbershop across the street, so if you face the front it’s very obnoxious. Someone smokes marijuana in their apartment and the building occasionally builds up with the horrid smell.
Advice to owner:
Keep being responsive on emails, its helped a lot. Possibly reach out to tenants once a month to see how the cleaning has been in the building. Sometimes its great, other times not so much
