Nice and bad

Pros:
Reasonable price. Washer and dryer in unit. Good for share with a roommate.
Cons:
**we lived in the basement** There heat coming in the apartment 24/7 all year long, due to the hot water pile or heating pile or some pile seal within the ceiling running along the side of unit. There’s street cats come around if you are allergic to cats, that would be a downside. There’s also a lot of bugs coming in due to the access from the street and the trash area close by.
