Nice area.! Definitely a good commercial area. A area to raise kids.!!

Pros:
It was quiet.. a little too quiet most times.!
Cons:
Dirty hallways.. landlord never fixed anything.. he’s too nosy and super prejudice. I don’t think being a landlord suits him.. he should of been a bus boy or just sit home and relax. The electricity was discombobulated.. mice infestation.. big water bugs the size of someone’s big toe.. the building has too many violations. I called 311 too many times within one year.! I’m soooo glad that I am moving and I wish him the best.!!
Advice to owner:
Try something different.. Being a landlord doesn’t fit you. Stay home and relax. Try working on your self awareness of how you treat people.! God bless your heart.!!
