Not too bad
Pros
always keep the building clean, no rodent
Cons
The building looks pretty nice, but some people living here have had issues with water leaks from the ceiling, especially on the top floors. The management has been trying to fix these issues, but they've been a bit slow to respond. Also, the folks on the upper floors have been dealing with really weak water pressure. The electric bill always seems to be high, even when we're not using that much, ranging from $250 to $400. When it's cold, the big windows make it hard for the heater to warm up the rooms, so I end up having to buy extra heaters.
