Good building, good price
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inexpensive, exterminator a few times a year, owner isn’t on the gentrification train he keeps sunset park, sunset park
Cons:
Packages get stolen a lot
Advice to owner:
Better communication around contractor/exterminator visits
