The building is falling apart
Former Tenant
Pros:
It has a passcode to get in and generally not really any safety issues
Cons:
This building was cheaply made and there are rats chewing through the building currently due to construction across the street.

Great for someone in transition
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is near all major transit lines including the LIRR. Literally get anywhere in 30 to 40 minutes.
Cons:
A lot of noise complaints are made, there was also two decapitated bodies found in less than a year from 2021 to 2022. Lots of trash and you need to call 311 if you want to be cleaned. Landlord is not great at responding to calls emails or text messages unless it is about money.
Advice to owner:
Try to respond to peoples emails, calls or text messages in a timely fashion and get issues resolved before they escalate to the health department.
