Pros:
There is nothing positive in this building.
Cons:
The landlord is deceiving by starting out with a seemingly reasonable living environment and relationship which slowly shows its true colors as you move in. Speaking with the neighbors it becomes clear that this is a slumlord situation and it's best to skip this building at all costs! Issues include the following: no heat, no hot water, leaking roof, broken windows, roaches/mice, dangerous electrical wiring, beligerant relentless communication. Landlord let's himself into the apartment when it's convinent for him without tenant's consent at any time of day/night. He does not give any time frames of when repairs will be started or concluded and gets angry when asked. Expect construction that shakes the building until 2-3am everyday including weekends. He smokes cigarettes indoors so your apartment will regularly smell of cigarette smoke. He steals and opens mail, damages packages and throws them to the neighbors' front yards. He comes out to the front yard naked at night. His dog will let itself into your apartment and go though your things and the landlord will make it your fault. This building is a hard pass. Do not be fooled and go find any other place but this nightmare.
