Good building pretty loud location

Pros:
Management is super responsive. Pretty spacious apartment for a decent price.
Cons:
Very loud next to the freeway. Back window could be replaced to a thicker glass. Hallways are kind of dingy.

Toasty in the winter

Pros:
Rent included heat/hot water, heat was ample during the winter. Building is sturdy and super is for the most part, easily reachable. Pest control came once a month to spray, and stairway and entry is mopped every weekend. Rest was manageable.
Cons:
No windows in common areas of unit, windows only in bedrooms. Couldn’t run an AC in both bedrooms until owner upgraded the power lines in the bldg—- which took about a year to install. Roaches are very seldom seen in unit, but do something like to make their way into the kitchen.
