i love all the quirks that come with a prewar building — it’s very charming! the natural light, quiet neighbors, safe street, convenient location, and especially the very responsive and nice landlord.
the only cons are due to just the age of the building — uneven floors/walls, outlets in odd spots, creaky floors. nothing too bad at all honestly
