Beautiful, spacious and new
Former Tenant
Pros:
Garden level, super spacious for a one bedroom with a dine-in kitchen and stainless steel appliances, ample storage space and cute private patio. Near prospect park and citi bike dock. On a quiet tree-lined street while just 2 blocks away from shops and restaurants on prospect park west. The owners live upstairs with their kids and are an absolute delight, no complaints!
Cons:
Water pressure and temperature of water in bathtub could be a bit higher; some of the tiles in the vestibule and kitchen have cracked and the cawk crumbles but landlords are incredibly responsive and fux things right away + continuously improve the house. You may hear their kids running around in the daytime, but you get used to it, besides they're a great family so to us it's endearing!
Advice to owner:
we love this place so much!! Keep doing what you're doing, you're the best owners ever!
