No frills, quiet building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet building with updated kitchens and bathrooms in some apartments (as far as I know). Landlord is good. The lady on the fourth floor sometimes floods her unit which rains into the third floor apartment but it only happens every so often and not an issue unless you’re right underneath her. Pest service once a month with an exterminator who listens to concerns and is proactive with putting out sticky traps. I only saw two cockroaches when I lived there, both dead.
Cons:
The apartments really heat up in the winter so I often had my window open. Not a huge deal but something to note.
Advice to owner:
It would be great to add laundry in the building.
