Terrible management and vibration from subway

Pros:
New building, decent amenities rent stabilized apartments
Cons:
- Building vibrates whenever the train passes underground. Improper acoustic/construction practices - Building is plagued with Stolen packages because there is no package room! - Management is unresponsive and is unable to find a solution despite repeated requests. - Almost impossible to get in touch with management, barely responds to emails and phone calls - No Action taken on Maintainence requests
Advice to owner:
LISTEN TO YOUR TENANTS, FIRE MANAGEMENT STAFF WHO DON'T DO THEIR JOBS!

Pros:
Clean, affordable, large spaces
Cons:
Packages are stolen all the time. Management is not responsive to email or phone calls. They added $300 worth of charges to our ledger that did not belong to us. When we tried to have them removed, they went MIA for two months. heat on top floor is unbearable. We keep our windows open all winter- but the window in the living room is broken and won’t open past a crack.
Advice to owner:
Hire a new management company that can handle the task of managing the building
