Practical, functional and responsible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fitness center On-site laundry facilities Friendly neighborhood Responsive and efficient maintenance Additional private storage lockers Secure bike storage Play area Keyless entry with automatic front door
Cons:
Cleaning could be better. No built-in dishwasher (but is not a big cons, as a countertop model solves well).
Advice to owner:
Find a way to put a barbecue back =)
