Laundry room is dirty & there’s hair & dryer sheets all over. There’s a handyman that’s supposed to do that
Very expensive & there’s mold (I tested positive for mold poisoning) my furniture upon moving out was covered on the inside with mold!
Always a dead ROACH on laundry room floor!
Live out your security deposit bc he will come up with a thousand excuses as to why you haven’t received it yet.
Advice to owner:
Clean & sanitize your hallways
Fix the security cameras
Update your appliances, they’re old!
Please tell the parents coming in to pick up/drop off there kids that they need to be respectful/mindful that people live upstairs & pay a lot of rent, so please be quite.

Quick tips about 250 19 Street South Slope
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s 2 1/2 bedrooms so the 1/2 bedroom we use as our storage room. Close to the R train on Prospect ave & 4th ave. We use to have free laundry in the basement but the new owner now makes us pay $2 wash $2 dry. It use to be nice & clean in the hallways.
Cons:
The rent is high $2850 per month plus electric, cooking, cable, internet & laundry. The stairs are filthy. Where you do laundry is filthy. Dead cockroaches, hair, dust that the handy man is suppose to clean up. There’s a day care on the first floor which has been there for a year. It’s really loud early morning & the scream & cry all day long. Forget if you work nights. I’m right above them & I can’t sleep. If you need your toilet fixed the owner says your responsible for any repairs under $200. WTH!!!!
Oh we had an infestation of ants. I emailed him with pictures asking to please send exterminator& it took him 2-3 days to get back to me. We got them back again & I emailed him & he told me it was my responsibility bc he paid the first time! WTH???
Advice to owner:
Fix your own repairs!!! It’s not my building! Sweep & mop & vacuum your building. That’s what the last owner would do. She kept it clean & free laundry! If something was broken she would fix it-no problem!
