    RATS, MICE, ROACHES OH MY

    Pros:
    Tall ceilings
    Bonus office space
    Cons:
    HUGE rat problem in backyard - made it completely unusable.
    Constantly had mice inside the apartment. Came back from a long weekend away to mice poop lining our rug in the bedroom
    Railroad style apartment means no good entryway or way to set up the apartment
    Bathroom is tiny and GRIMY
