Overall very positive

Pros:
The building is maintained well and kept clean. Exterminator comes every month. There is a general maintenance contact who is very responsive and overall the staff at the management office are very pleasant.
Cons:
No true cons to report at this point, honestly. It’s an NYC apartment and has met or exceeded expectations for me so far.
Advice to owner:
Appreciate the responsiveness and maintenance of the building so would only say keep it up :)
