Price is mostly right
Former Tenant
Pros:
For the area, pretty good prices. The balcony is also really nice in spring through fall.
Cons:
Landlord is very unresponsive. Had a hole in my bathroom ceiling for awhile, took several weeks of nagging to get it patched up. The AC / heating system also was also chronically dusty and they would not clean it properly.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive; hire qualified contractors / technicians

Manager kinda sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rarely see bugs Dishwasher Backyard/ terrace
Cons:
The management is really bad. They will ignore us for days/ weeks or not respond ever. The washing machine has been broken since we moved in almost a year ago. Hardly any natural lighting in my apartment. Hot water only lasts 5-10 minutes in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Please handle complaints better and don’t be stingy when it comes to fixing problems.

Not the worst, not the best
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pro dogs , quiet, chill neighbors
Cons:
Maintenance is not great. Everything is electric = overly high Con Ed bills. Trash is badly handled Very loud construction on lot next door that tenants we not warned about. Unprofessional and rude management Lots of issues in apartments that are never taken care of. No covid pause on rent
Advice to owner:
Stop working with the management company who treat your tenants so rudely
