Apt 1L: Terrible Place to Live!!

Pros:
1500 sq feet, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, updated kitchen
Cons:
Pot smoker upstairs in a non-smoking building, smelled smoke 24hrs a day, couldn't sleep in bedrooms because of smell, couldn't enjoy large outside space because of smoke, next door neighbor loud and obnoxious(couldn't enjoy outside because of her), landlord was a disgusting human being that could care less about the smoke or the insane number of mice in our apt., basement flooded in Sept and he didn't offer any help, he took 1/2 deposit for painting and spackling which is common wear and tear, blamed us when the pilot light on the boiler went out many times then he discovered that the pilot mechanism was old and needed to be changed, front door to our apt was essentially a bedroom door, he NEVER cleaned the foyer, I always swept and kept it clean, again TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!
Advice to owner:
Clean your property, care about the problems, don't blame your tenants, if you say it's a non-smoking building, then why do you defend the smoker when he was paying 1/2 of what we were paying in rent. GOOD LUCK because KARMA is rough!!
