Great Apartment, Bad Management

• A persistent roach infestation plagues the building, which management refuses to address, leaving tenants to fend for themselves.
• My interactions with Esty, the representative I worked with, were consistently negative. She displayed a poor attitude, provided inaccurate information, and was unhelpful.

Pros:
Nice roof top but the rooms are small. Landlord was generally responsive ( I believe they are one of the larger landlords in brooklyn )

cheap finishes and cheap feeling to the whole building overall. I got stuck in the elevator once
