Thin walls and bad smells

Pros:
- laundry in building
- working elevator
- location
Cons:
- thin walls (could hear normal conversations)
- strong weed smell from neighbors
- scaffolding outside for years, no sign of work being finished
- gross cardboard covering on elevator floor that the super just mopped even when dogs peed on it
- i once found a turd in one of the washing machines
- packages sometimes left outside and stolen
Advice to owner:
- Invest in soundproofing
- do a better job of keeping the elevator clean
- invest in package lockers
