Great location ok management

Pros:
Unbeatable location in Brooklyn. Access to 9 different lines via Atlantic. Close to Barclays. Easy walk to the park. Close to many food spots.
Cons:
During the summer, we definitely had a slight roach issue that management did not give af about. Neighbors are an interesting mix. One way street makes certain things difficult. Heat is so irregular during winter.

-W/D - close to trains - safe neighborhood -herringbone floors
Cons:
- noise coming from a specific unit , they are always yelling, fighting, stomping,you can hear them from the 2nd floor when you’re coming up. it can be 9AM and they are already yelling. it can be 11PM and they are yelling and making a lot of noise. that is why I moved out and the previous tenant did too. - rats on the streets - unexpected late fee charges - heat didn’t work sometimes - delivery ppl outside building smoking and drinking
