57 4th Ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
- very high ceilings - great natural lighting - great location (proximity to trains, things to do in the neighborhood)
Cons:
- building management was VERY slow to respond, if they ever did respond - unit was clearly recently renovated in a way that cut corners (gaps in sealing the walls and floors led to ant infestations) - sometimes there would be an unannounced loss of power or water with no explanation and building management would not respond, or they would say someone would get to fixing it but no one would come
