Cozy apartment prime location

Pros:
Prime location! Nicely located on the block of 2/3 Bergen street and close to Atlantic Ave station. Beautiful block.
Cons:
Small apartments but nicely separated studios
Advice to owner:
Hallway renovations and laundry room improvement
