    quirky but affordable
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    good location, fairly responsive landlord, rent stabilized, some nice prewar charms, big closets
    Cons:
    pest issues, parts of the building not well maintained, and the odd layouts don't give you many options for arranging your space
