Fine but not great

Pros:
Great area to live in.
Cons:
Cockroaches, neighbors are not nice, water damage from leaks, hallways were disgusting and dingy.
Advice to owner:
Take care of the property and make sure tenants are good.

Pretty good living and close to 5th ave restaurants

Pros:
Apartment was very nice and situated on 5th avenue with lots of good restaurants
Cons:
Fire trucks and garbage trucks were very loud. Building hallways are messy.
Advice to owner:
clean the hallways better.
