Pros:
Locations is good, size of apartments also isn’t bad, but see below.
Cons:
Mold issues were not remediated appropriately, also while living there over three years we dealt with infestations from rats, roaches, ants, and most problematically mice. Over the last year of our lease there were more mice living in our apartment than humans. When we moved in there were major mold issues, which the landlords only were willing to cover over, look at the front brick which is porous, and due to their unwillingness to remove the ivy and repoint is effectively Swiss cheese. Ants and water have an open invite.Over the last year of our lease we had multiple families of mice that ran over our stove on a daily basis. While the owners had an exterminator come, despite multiple warnings from the exterminator they did nothing to deal with the source of the issue. The owners are also extremely petty and lazy. Go look closet at the windows to the front apartment to understand how poorly they manage their building, they bring a bad name to the neighborhood and are viewed by neighbors poorly for their inability to keep their building.
Advice to owner:
Learn to manage your building proactively, it will fall to the ground otherwise
