Pros:
Located at a nice neighborhood and close to train station
Cons:
Landlord hardly responsive. Building is poorly kept and smells like cat urine 365 days straight. No A/C units. Apartment I rented was completely dirty and had an issues with big infestation (roaches) which landlord refused to address and pay for extermination services. Garbage outside is not well managed and is hardly picked up because it does not follow sanitation protocols
Stolen packages at all times by neighbors and strong 420 use.
Advice to owner:
Get a proper manager to run the building and have it cleaned regularly. Stop dismissing your tenants.
