    Pros:
    I love my apartment. It's beautiful and comfortable.
    Cons:
    During spring and fall, roaches and waterbugs sometimes visit the apartment, but I doubt this would be different in other old buildings.
    Advice to owner:
    More exterminator visits for the building in general. Otherwise, a wonderful unit.
